Dr. Buschmann received his doctorate in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and completed over 4,000h of residential training in health- and clinical Psychology. He completed his residential training at Northern Arizona Healthcare with rotations in Psychiatry, inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, hospital floor consultations as well as integrated care in a primary care facility.
Dr. Buschmann is a licensed Psychologist in the state of Arizona and is credentialed by the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. He specializes in clinical assessment and diagnosis as well as cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma specialized care. He currently serves patients in Phoenix and Flagstaff via Telehealth services.
Dr. Buschmann also is research and development engineer, with expertise in embedded systems design, software development and electronics design. He is specialized in analog and digital electronics, FPGA hardware and firmware systems as well as real-time data acquisition as used in astronomy and fine instrument control. He currently works as contractor for the U.S. Naval Observatory.
